Due to all of our candles being made to order please be aware of our processing time of 1-4 weeks. It can take approximately 1-4 weeks after payment is received for candles, wax melts, and soaps to be made. We try to get your product to you as quickly as possible. Once we drop packages off at USPS all shipping questions in regards to where a package is out should go to USPS. If you need us to prioritize your order for a special occasion, please let us know by messaging us. We do not guarantee package delivery by Christmas.
All orders come with a tracking number once it is shipped with USPS. If your item comes damaged, we ask that you file a claim with USPS and reorder the item. Please contact as when you start the claim process so we can begin remaking your item. All shipments are through USPS and we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. We do not accept cancellations after 48 hours of ordering.
Any International orders going to a country with VAT (value added tax) will have to pay those taxes when their package arrives. Wicks by Pearl does not pay those in advance.
